💼 Internship Opportunities 2025
If you are a 2nd or 3rd-year university student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized national university and need a work placement as part of your course, this is the perfect opportunity!
🔍 Selection Criteria:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized national university.
Provide an Introduction Letter from the university and a copy of your Student ID.
Academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
Submit a partial transcript showing academic performance to date.
Be available full-time for the internship period.
Demonstrate excellent verbal, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
Show good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must write and submit an Internship Application Letter.
📝 Internship Positions Available:
Business Development (Commercial Intern) - Support commercial market analysis and negotiations.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields.
Business Development (Joint Ventures Intern) - Support joint venture activities within the department.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Project Management, or related fields.
Contracts and Procurement Intern - Assist with procurement processes.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
Geosciences Intern (2 positions) - Support geospatial and petrophysics activities.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Geomatics, Surveying, Petroleum Geosciences, Environmental/Civil Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering.
HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) Intern (2 positions) - Assist with environment and safety management.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Safety-related fields.
Surface Facilities and Enabling Infrastructure Intern (2 positions) - Support engineering and construction management.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical, Oil and Gas Process, or Civil Engineering.
Corporate Affairs Intern - Assist in content collation, events management, and stock control.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
🎓 Graduate Trainee Opportunities 2025
For fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (not exceeding 2 years post-graduation) and a potential minimum of an upper second degree, Total Energies EP Uganda offers hands-on training and mentorship in key departments.

Social Performance Graduate Trainee - Support social management programs like agriculture and community capacity building.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Rural Development, Economics, or Project Management.
Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Business Development (Planning & Development Graduate Trainee) - Assist with planning and development activities.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering, Petroleum Production, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong analytical skills.
