Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing flight plans using advanced software like Jeppesen.
Analyze weather conditions, NOTAMS, and airspace restrictions.
Calculate fuel requirements and alternate flight routes for maximum efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Uganda CAA, ICAO, EASA, and UKCAA regulations.
Work closely with Pilots, Cabin Crew, Maintenance, and ATC teams to handle operational issues.
Join emergency response simulations and contribute to post-flight briefings.
Keep accurate documentation and adapt to modern aviation technologies.
Learn and follow key HR policies and professional work ethics.
Who can Apply?

Fresh graduates (2022 – 2025) with a qualification in Flight Dispatch from a recognized institution.
Holders of a valid Flight Operations Officer License from the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA).
