Accounts Relationship Officer/Credit Officers (31 Positions) –No Experience Needed
Job Description:
Locations: Multiple Branches Across Uganda
Deadline: 23rd April 2025
As an Accounts Relationship Officer, you will support FINCA’s micro-lending services by promoting, selling, evaluating, and following up on credit products such as: Business Loans, Agricultural Loans, Personal Loans and Micro-Lending Products (including Self-Managed Groups and Easy Loans)
Key Duties:
Market FINCA products to potential clients.
Appraise loan applications and conduct credit analysis.
Follow up on client repayments and monitor loan performance.
Conduct community engagement and financial literacy sessions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
